Red River College Polytech: Manitou a bi Bii daziigae
Project Journey
Manitou a bi Bii daziigae is a visionary project put forward by Red River College Polytechnic. Crosier Kilgour provided building commissioning and structural engineering services on this landmark project in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The project involved approximately 100,000 square feet of new and renovated space at the college’s downtown campus. The project had aggressive sustainability goals (LEED Gold, EUI < 100 kWh/m2).
Building commissioning was a key component of the project’s success and was employed from the initiation of the project through to post-occupancy.
