Ruth Gardens is a 215-unit multi-family rental complex for Edison Properties in North Kildonan. The project includes three 10-story towers on a four-story podium, commercial space on the main floor, and underground parking.
Crosier Kilgour was the structural engineer-of-record, also providing project support through shoring design and fall arrest design and certification.
