Project Journey

True North Square Phase 1 is a transformative project for downtown Winnipeg, consisting of two towers; a 17-storey office tower and a 25-storey office/residential tower, joined by a plaza and a two-level underground parkade. The project is one of the cornerstones of the Sports, Hospitality and Entertainment District (SHED) The project had ambitious sustainability targets and successfully achieved LEED Gold certification in 2022. The project was delivered on schedule using a fast-tracked construction management model.

Crosier Kilgour provided on-site structural inspections and support on this landmark project. We were also engaged as the building commissioning consultant.
