Millennium Library Park – Emptyful
Project Journey
Standing over 10 meters high, the 22,000-kilogram stainless steel sculpture by artist Bill Pechet incorporates lights, water and fog and sits at the recently renovated plaza on the south side of downtown’s Millennium Library.
Crosier Kilgour was the structural engineer-of-record on this beautiful project in our City’s core.
